The right candidate is highly motivated, talented and a skilled project manager who has experience managing large WordPress and/or ecommerce website development projects from initial concept to launch.
Skill Requirements
• Good written and verbal communication capabilities
• Good organization skills for tracking several projects at the same time
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office products desirable for writing project specifications and development agreements
• Basic HTML, PHP, CSS, and jQuery coding experience
• Basic MySQL, phpMyAdmin experience
• WordPress and/or Magento website development experience
• Experience working with Photoshop and other Adobe products
• Experience working with various project management and wire-framing software
• Experience working with Agile web development projects and daily scrum
• At least 2 years of web project management and/or web development experience in the online agency world

Job Summary:

Program Director is a key member of the campus management team responsible for the daily operations of the facility. Areas of responsibility include general operations, security, food service, housekeeping, maintenance, and transportation for inpatient addiction and mental health treatment facility.

Responsibilities

  • Establish processes and procedures around all areas of operations responsibility
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a program of substance abuse treatment services, per BSAS requirements
  • Manage diverse operations team to include areas of security, food service, housekeeping, maintenance, and transportation
  • Develops budgets and manages expenses to ensure highest quality operation at the lowest cost
  • Develops metrics for performance and manages team to the established standards of performance
  • Conducts RFP process for needed contract services for campus
  • Manages performance and results of full-time and contract staff
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Demonstrate strong leadership of diverse team with multiple functional areas
  • Will receive one (1) hour of supervision on a biweekly basis from Director of Operations/designee.
  • Ensure facility and campus is conducive to successful treatment and client healing
  • Responsible for creating and supporting a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment by understanding and complying with the Company’s policies, by demonstrating the Company’s competencies, and being a role model for the Company “HEARTBEAT” Values.

Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:

  • High school diploma required. Associate’s degree or higher preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in facility operations management either in healthcare or hospitality environment preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role and demonstrated abilities to mentor and develop staff preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of EMR system preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, talk or hear, and smell continually. Ability to stand, walk and reach frequently. Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and occasionally lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Close vision required to see computer monitor, read documents, and operate copy and fax machine. Distance vision required to drive an automobile, if driving is a requirement of the job.
  • Work environment is outdoors and in an automobile.
  • Frequent climate change conditions will be experienced including heat of summer and cold of winter. Working in inclement weather is also a requirement
